Unlearn What is UnTrue!
Human mind does an excellent job of this, for most things. No special technique is required. When a datum is believed to be true the mind will label it as true. Once the mind recognizes that which is false, no matter how long it has not known it was false, it will cast it aside.
learning is the most easiest thing, because you learn consciously and unconsciously. To unlearn is more complicated because it deals with a decision not to practice what is untrue.
The only way to unlearn what is not true is to substitute it with what is true. That means we start a life-long journey of discovery. Read things you don’t agree with , listen to other side, think, compare and question.
