“Attitude of Gratitude”
An attitude of gratitude means making it a habit to express thankfulness and appreciation in all parts of your life, on a regular basis, for both the big and small things alike. Every day won’t be perfect, but focusing on what we are grateful for tends to wash away feelings of anger and negativity.
In the words of Rhonda Byrne, “Gratitude will shift you to a higher frequency, and you will attract much better things.” Thinking about all you have to appreciate can boost your happiness and your overall sense of well-being.
