“Empowerment of Women”

Women deliver enormous contributions to economies, whether in businesses, on farms, as entrepreneurs or employees, or by doing unpaid care work at home. But they remain disproportionately affected by poverty, discrimination and exploitation.

Gender discrimination means women often end up in insecure, low-wage jobs, and constitute an insignificant minority of those in senior positions. In a globalising world gender equality and empowerment of women are vital tools to achieve the sustainable development therefore it is extremely important to bring women into mainstream so that you can play due role in the development of the country.
