“The Importance Integrity”
Leaders with integrity may not be the most famous or flashy of leaders, and they donโt care. Integrity means doing the right thing because it is the right thing to do. And thatโs what makes success. Leaders with integrity is not afraid to face the truth. This is called the reality principle, or โseeing the world as it really is, not as you wish it to be.โ It is perhaps the most important principle of leadership and dependent on integrity because it demands truthfulness and honesty. Many companies and organizations fail because they donโt follow the reality principle.
