“Leadership”
An effective leader is someone who inspires those beneath them. Leaders recognize that an inspired team not only produces great work, but regularly strive beyond that extra mile to ensure success. Passing credit onto those under you is the best, and the easiest, way to do this. If a leader sets a goal to recognize others for their accomplishments, and looks for opportunities to make others look good, their own effectives will improve.
