All our great leaders had a great vision. They gave their entire life to actualize it. When we are talking about the quality of transforming vision into reality, it requires forecasting power, a well-developed thought process and the power of taking appropriate actions on time which a good leader always possesses. John C. Maxwell says “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.” Leadership does not depend on one’s title. Leaders can emerge at any level if they can motivate those with whom they collaborate to strive toward a common goal.
