The best leaders give away the power and responsibility to others. They empower others by acknowledging their strengths and potential contributions. John Maxwell says, “Leaders become great, not because of their power, but because of their ability to empower others.”
Leadership ability is not only measured by our own advancement, but also how well we advance the lives of others. Empowerment is a great way to boost the performance of team members.A team of empowered leaders all rowing in the same direction is hard to beat.
