Art of listening is considered as “Developing of the art of converting the physical hearing of words into interest and positive mental attitude of recording the impressions of others , with respect to their communications and warmth of ‘individual’ to ‘individual relationship, leading understanding, new dimensions of the problem. Listening is an art that requires work, self-discipline, and skill. The art of communication springs as much from knowing when to listen as it does from knowing how to use words well.
